First things first because this has been bothering me:

'Her right leg is really bothering me. I don't know what it is, but something seems off about it.'

Is NOT a Critique!

It doesn't help the artist in anyway it just points out from the viewer that it doesn't look right.

Now onto the actual critique!

I still say you should've made a background, I remember the awesome one you originally had drawn on the paper with her but I would imagine it would've taken longer and besides you said you just wanted to post it so meh<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="19" height="19" alt="" title="Shrug"/>

And you can always add the background later anyway.

Coloring and Shading details really make her standout! Even the shiny dots make her stand out just like in the movie but a more cartoon version of the film.

Anatomically speaking it looks really good.

The only thing that looks odd to me are the toes and that's because it looks like their pointing upwards but don't worry about that.

I'm sure that was a first time you've drawn toes flat like that.

The more you practice drawing them the better you get, after all look at the other pieces you've done.

Digitally and Traditionally speaking you've come a long ways!

The detail on the feather end of the arrow looks too realistic so good job there!

All in all you did a nice job!

It's no wonder why I envy your art skillz!
