Yes, there are a few mistakes, but that doesn't mean it's bad. Just look at those eyes! Look at them! Amazing! In fact, I think everything about her face is right.
But still, don't beat yourself up over some minor mistakes. I think all pros have a mistake in their work somewhere. Art's not about finding the flaws, but rather trying to capture something forever. It can be an idea, a moment, a landscape, or just a mood. It's a crucial factor in art. I'm not all that good at making art, but I at least can tell good art when I see it. The worst of yours is still far better than the best of many others.
Now, onto the subject matter. I do like it very much, but yeah, like you said, there are the mistakes. But it still looks good.
